A booking site for every city we operate in. Owners list their own homes and keep what guests pay.
Guests book direct. Owners earn more. Everyone skips the middleman.
For Guests
Furnished homes for vacations, military and medical stays, and extended work assignments. Booked directly on our city platforms, with no platform fees inflating your price.

For Owners
Own a furnished rental? List it on your city’s booking site and take reservations directly. You set the rate. You approve the guest, and every dollar they pay goes to you. One flat monthly fee, never a commission.

For Investors
We buy and renovate undervalued homes and operate them on our own platforms. Qualified parties interested in the company or in funding acquisitions can request information.
How It Works →Nine city platforms live. Every market gets its own booking site, its own local guidebook, and someone who answers the phone. Every market gets its own booking platform, its own local guidebook, and someone who actually answers the phone.

The Kenwood Flat in Hyde Park/Woodlawn, a walk from the University of Chicago and minutes from UChicago Medicine, built for academic and medical extended stays.
stayinchicagoil.com →Maine Medical Center runs the largest hospital in the state and keeps its own lodging list for patient families. Travel nurses, residents, and summer seasonal workers all need furnished months, and the hotel answer gets expensive fast.
stayinportlandme.com →Akron Children's draws families from across the region for stays measured in weeks, not nights. Add Cleveland Clinic Akron General, Summa Health, and the University of Akron, and it is the same playbook as Cleveland forty minutes south.

Open · First Home Wanted
The deepest extended-stay demand in the Southeast. Emory, Grady, and Children's draw medical families year-round, and film production and corporate relocation fill the months between.
Open · First Home Wanted
The highest nightly rates of any market we've modeled. Tourism and weddings carry the calendar, MUSC carries the shoulder season, and the historic peninsula sells itself.
Open · First Home Wanted
One week in April reprices the entire city, and the other fifty-one are carried by Fort Gordon rotations and the Augusta University medical district.
Open · First Home Wanted
Mercer University, Atrium Health Navicent, and a downtown of restored brick worth staying in. A lower-rate market, which is why it has to be underwritten carefully before we enter.
Your City
We open a market when someone local brings us the first home, not before. If you own rentals in a city we haven't listed, that conversation is how every one of these started.
Start That Conversation →Whether you already list with us or you're still deciding, start here.

Every booking platform takes a cut, controls the guest relationship, and decides whether your home gets seen this month. So we stopped renting our customers and built our own booking sites instead, one for each city we operate in.
That means no platform tax skimmed off the top, guests who pay less for the same home, and a company that answers its own phone. We’re local, and we built the software we wanted for our own homes before we opened it up to anyone else.
"Your home is not an instant-book free-for-all. Every inquiry comes straight to you, and nobody stays unless you personally say yes."
Tell us what you've got and what you're trying to do with it. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so, and usually point you somewhere better.
Prefer to talk? Call or text (917) 428-0885. You'll get Nelson, not a call center.
