Where We Are,
and Where We're Going

Three cities live. Four more mapped, underwritten, and waiting on the right first home.

How We Choose

We Open a Market When Someone Local Opens the Door

Every city here was picked for a reason we can defend, a hospital system, a university, a base, a season. But we don't launch a platform into an empty market. A city goes live when the first home does, which is why "coming soon" here means we're looking for that home, not that a date is set.

Chattahoochee Riverwalk, Columbus, Georgia
Live · Flagship

Columbus, Georgia

Our first market and the one everything else was tested in. The 17th Street House runs here, and the booking engine, screening flow, and owner portal were all built against real Columbus guests before they went anywhere else.

  • Fort Benning graduations, PCS moves, and family visits
  • Riverwalk weekends and the urban whitewater course
  • Medical and extended stays through the year

The Cleveland, Ohio skyline
Live · Onboarding Homes

Cleveland, Ohio

The platform is built and the booking flow is live. What Cleveland does not have yet is inventory. We are onboarding partner homes now rather than pretending otherwise.

  • Medical stays for Cleveland Clinic patients and families
  • Lakefront and downtown event weekends
  • Extended work assignments and travel-medical rotations

The Chicago, Illinois skyline
Live · Newest

Chicago, Illinois

The Kenwood Flat in Hyde Park/Woodlawn opened this market. Chicago regulates short-term rentals harder than anywhere else we operate, which pushed us toward the stays we are best at anyway: month-plus, furnished, academic and medical.

  • University of Chicago visiting faculty and researchers
  • UChicago Medicine patients, families, and travel nurses
  • Relocations and extended work assignments

ME
Portland
Open · First Home Wanted

Portland, Maine

The platform is open and the listing flow works. Portland has no White Door home in it yet, and the first owner who lists here gets a market to themselves.

  • Maine Medical Center travel nurses, residents, and patient families
  • Summer and leaf season, when a hotel month is out of reach
  • Relocations into a city with almost no long-stay inventory

OH
Akron
Open · First Home Wanted

Akron, Ohio

Forty minutes from our Cleveland market and running on the same platform. Akron is where the medical stay is measured in weeks rather than nights, which is the stay we are built for.

  • Akron Children's families staying through a course of treatment
  • Cleveland Clinic Akron General and Summa Health rotations
  • University of Akron and corporate assignments downtown

The Atlanta, Georgia skyline
Open · First Home Wanted

Atlanta, Georgia

The deepest extended-stay demand in the Southeast, and the market where owner control matters most. Month-plus stays are the norm here, and a month-plus stay is where an owner most wants to choose the guest themselves.

  • Emory, Grady, and Children's draw medical families year-round
  • Film production crews on multi-month schedules
  • Corporate relocation between homes

Rainbow Row, Charleston, South Carolina
Open · First Home Wanted

Charleston, South Carolina

The highest nightly rates of any market in our model, which means a home here clears its costs at far lower occupancy than anywhere else we operate. That cushion is the whole reason it is on this list.

  • Tourism and wedding demand carrying the calendar
  • MUSC medical stays filling the shoulder season
  • Historic peninsula inventory that markets itself

Downtown Augusta, Georgia from the Riverwalk
Open · First Home Wanted

Augusta, Georgia

One week in April reprices the entire city. The discipline in Augusta is underwriting the other fifty-one weeks honestly, so a home works whether or not it ever sees a Masters rate.

  • Fort Gordon rotations and military family visits
  • Augusta University and the downtown medical district
  • Masters week as upside, never as the base case

Historic downtown Macon, Georgia
Open · First Home Wanted

Macon, Georgia

An hour and a half from Columbus, which means we can drive to it. Mercer and Atrium Health Navicent bring in residents and patient families on schedules, and Robins Air Force Base is twenty minutes south. The platform is open and waiting on its first home.

  • Mercer University visits and campus events
  • Atrium Health Navicent medical stays
  • Restored downtown worth staying in, at rates that demand care

Own a Rental in One of These Cities?

You’d be the first home on that platform, and the reason it opens. You’d set the rate, screen your own guests, and keep every dollar they pay.
