Three cities live. Four more mapped, underwritten, and waiting on the right first home.
Every city here was picked for a reason we can defend, a hospital system, a university, a base, a season. But we don't launch a platform into an empty market. A city goes live when the first home does, which is why "coming soon" here means we're looking for that home, not that a date is set.

Our first market and the one everything else was tested in. The 17th Street House runs here, and the booking engine, screening flow, and owner portal were all built against real Columbus guests before they went anywhere else.

The platform is built and the booking flow is live. What Cleveland does not have yet is inventory. We are onboarding partner homes now rather than pretending otherwise.

The Kenwood Flat in Hyde Park/Woodlawn opened this market. Chicago regulates short-term rentals harder than anywhere else we operate, which pushed us toward the stays we are best at anyway: month-plus, furnished, academic and medical.
The platform is open and the listing flow works. Portland has no White Door home in it yet, and the first owner who lists here gets a market to themselves.
Forty minutes from our Cleveland market and running on the same platform. Akron is where the medical stay is measured in weeks rather than nights, which is the stay we are built for.

The deepest extended-stay demand in the Southeast, and the market where owner control matters most. Month-plus stays are the norm here, and a month-plus stay is where an owner most wants to choose the guest themselves.

The highest nightly rates of any market in our model, which means a home here clears its costs at far lower occupancy than anywhere else we operate. That cushion is the whole reason it is on this list.

One week in April reprices the entire city. The discipline in Augusta is underwriting the other fifty-one weeks honestly, so a home works whether or not it ever sees a Masters rate.

An hour and a half from Columbus, which means we can drive to it. Mercer and Atrium Health Navicent bring in residents and patient families on schedules, and Robins Air Force Base is twenty minutes south. The platform is open and waiting on its first home.
